Healthy Beginnings
Our Healthy Beginnings program provides primary medical care for sick and well children who are uninsured or under insured and prenatal care for expecting moms who have no maternity insurance. Healthy Beginnings is provided in collaboration with the Rowan County Health Department.
ABCD: Assuring Better Child Health and Development
The ABCD activity assists local primary care physicians to enhance developmental screenings and referrals, thus encouraging further evaluation and services for children ages 0-5 years. Services are provided by contracted Early Intervention Specialist, Lisa Edwards.
