Kaleidoscope Play & Learn (playgroups)
Parents are a child’s first and most important teachers. Smart Start Rowan's family support services and parent education are available to all families with young children. Special attention is given to families whose life circumstances make it more challenging to provide the environment their children need and deserve. Smart Start Rowan provides families with the education, information, and resources they need as their child’s first and most important teacher.
