NC Pre-K Subsidy Coordinator

Smart Start Rowan, a local nonprofit, seeks a full-time, NC Pre-K Subsidy Coordinator, whose primary responsibilities includes providing administrative team support to Rowan County’s NC Pre-K program.

Must be familiar with the NC Pre-K program implementation, including child eligibility, monitoring for compliance, classroom quality standards, county planning team requirements, site selection, data collection & reporting. BS/BA in ECE or related field, knowledge of NC Pre-K program implementation, and exp. in a NC Pre-K classroom setting is desired. Must be able to meet deadlines, be team player, self-motivated, detail oriented, w/ excellent communication, organization & interpersonal skills.
