NC Pre-K in Rowan County

Smart Start Rowan offers the NC Pre-k program in collaboration with private childcare centers, head start programs and public school sites. To be eligible to participate sites must meet all NC Pre-K site requirements. Child Care Centers interested in becoming a NC Pre-K site should contact our NC Pre-K Manager.
