A healthy start is vital to a child's future development. Appropriate and timely medical care is essential. Children at risk for developmental delays need services early in life to reach their full potential. Smart Start Rowan supports developmental screenings, health care for uninsured children & pregnant mothers, prevention of tooth decay and assists in providing transportation to help families access services.
Healthy Beginnings
Primary medical care for sick and well children who are uninsured or under insured and prenatal care for expecting moms who have no maternity insurance.
Health Link
Health Link assists at-risk families in adopting healthy behaviors and creating social and physical conditions that improve the health and school readiness for children.

ABCD: Assuring Better Child Health and Development
Assists local primary care physicians to enhance developmental screenings and referrals, thus encouraging further evaluation and services for children ages 0-5 years.
